Bangor Cricket Club (part of Bangor Rugby Football and Cricket Club) is based at Upritchard Park on the outskirts of Bangor.

We have 4 adult Weekend XI's, all of which play in league and cup competitions within the Northern Cricket Union of Ireland.

Our Youth Section is thriving and can offer cricket for all ages ranging from U11 through to U17. Please see the Youth Section of the site for details.

We are always looking for new members, so if interested please get in touch or come along and introduce yourself. Training Nights are Wednesday and Thursday - there will always be someone about who can help.

Narrow defeat for 1st XI in National Cup

The 1st XI suffered a close defeat at the hands of their North West visitors from Sion Mills in the first round of the new Irish National Cup. In a low scoring encounter, Sion chased down the Bangor total with just a single wicket remaining.

Fixtures for week commencing 7th May

This coming Saturday, the 1st XI entertain Sion Mills in the new Irish National Cup competition, whilst the 2nd XI will be looking to kick start their season against Instonians at Ward Park.

The 2nd XI are also playing on Sunday, at Wallace Park against Lisburn.

Weekend defeats for 2s and 3s

Both the 2nd and 3rd XIs suffered weekend defeats at the hands of their North Down and Waringstown couterparts

Fixtures for week commencing 30th April

No match for the 1st or 4th XI's this coming weekend, but the 2nd XI will be looking to bounce back strongly against local rivals North Down at Upritchard Park, after their disappointing result at Belmont.

The 3rd's entertain Waringstown III at Ward Park, in what is always a touch encounter.
